  1. *** SynOptics Technical Source Q1 1994 ***

  3. In order to install the Synoptics Technical Source, execute the setup
  4. program setup.exe from the windows run prompt.  The installation will require
  5. 6MB of disk storage on your hard drive.

  7. The syntax for executing the setup program is described below.
  8.                 d:\setup
  9.  
  10. where "d:" represents the drive to which the CD-ROM has been assigned.
  11.  
  12. An alternate method for invoking the setup procedure is to double 
  13. click on the setup.exe residing on the CD-ROM.
  14.  
  15. The STS program can be invoked by double-clicking on the icon in the program group 
  16. folder for STS.
  17.  
  18. This application requires a 386 cpu or greater, 4mbs of memory, 256 colors, 
  19. and a 150kbs CD-ROM drive.  In order to View or Print documents the user must 
  20. have Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word installed on their system.
